1. Services

StoreLift Studio provides digital content services (product pages, email flows, visuals) and downloadable digital products for e-commerce store owners. Service packs are delivered within 24 hours of receiving complete client details. Digital products are delivered instantly by download link after payment.

2. Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is due in full at checkout via PayPal or card. Prices are fixed — no additional fees.

3. Revisions & Refunds

Service packs include unlimited revisions for 7 days after delivery. If you are not satisfied after revisions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Digital products (downloadable guides and templates) are refundable within 7 days if the file is defective or inaccessible; due to their instant-access nature, other refunds are at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

You confirm you own or have rights to any store, product, images, or materials you submit. Delivery timelines start when we receive complete details.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created for you. Our downloadable products are licensed for your personal/business use only — resale or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Liability

Our services improve content quality but we do not guarantee specific sales results, which depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
